Insurance
We are contracted In-Network with Select Health Insurance, Cigna and UnitedHealthcare. With all other insurances we can provide a superbill or we can submit for you out-of-network.
Injury Evaluation:
- Whether you were recently injured, have been injured for some time, or recently had surgery, we want to be there to help guide you in your journey to recovery. A physical therapy evaluation consists of evaluating, treating, and developing a plan of care to help you accomplish your goals. ~ 1 hour
Injury Rehabilitation:
- We use a variety of the most recent evidence based techniques to help athletes rehabilitate from injury or surgery. We emphasize a hands-on approach combined with specific exercises. Our focus is on designing a treatment plan catered to the individual needs of each athlete. ~45min
Wellness/ Recovery
- What if you didn’t have to be “injured” to go to physical therapy? Our wellness sessions are designed to keep athletes functioning at their best. Wellness and recovery sessions include all our typical treatments designed to optimize movement and help your body recover and be ready to compete.

Return to Sport Testing:
- We use an evidence based return to sport tests for both lower extremity and upper extremity injuries. Oftentimes athletes are cleared to return to sport based on time alone but the evidence suggests there is much more to it. ACL re-injury rates can be as high as 1 in 3 and evidence suggests if athletes do not pass a functional return to sport test they are at a 4x greater risk of re-injury. The test is individualized to each athlete and sport to make sure they are both physically and mentally ready.
