Our providers have a “fitness forward” mindset and method for treatment. We believe movement is medicine and every individual can benefit from physical therapy to maximize their potential and reduce injuries by optimizing movement. We are passionate about providing fun, collaborative, evidence based care. Rehabilitating from an injury can be very challenging and we want to be there every step of the way.
Dr. Megan Jaeckel

Dr. Megan Jaeckel grew up playing soccer and basketball, as well as running cross country in Morrison, Colorado. She earned a B.S. in Kinesiology at Western Washington University while competing on their rowing team. She then went on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of Colorado. Megan’s love for sports has led her to continue her education in ACL rehab, Dry Needling, and Olympic lifting. After having her baby, Megan became passionate about working with pregnant and postpartum mamas. She is trained internally in pelvic floor physical therapy and pelvic floor dry needling. Megan’s current hobbies include hiking, working out, running, and keeping up with her little boy!
Dr. Isaiah Faas

Dr. Isaiah Faas grew up playing both soccer and basketball in Rochester, Minnesota. He graduated from Winona State with a B.S. in Exercise Science and then went on to receive his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Briar Cliff University. He has done continuing education in Dry Needling, care of athletes, and general orthopedic training. Isaiah and his wife moved to Colorado after falling in love with the state during his clinical internships. He is known as the ‘Endurance King’ due to his love of biking, hiking, and running. He recently picked up soccer and he also enjoys lifting heavy weights in his free time. CrossFit Level 1, Advanced DN ICE Physio.
Dr. Kylie Clark

Kylie comes to us with 10 years of experience working with athletes.
She grew up in Noblesville, Indiana playing a variety of sports including basketball and soccer. The injuries she sustained while playing those sports led her to pursue a career in physical therapy. She received her BA in Exercise Science and a minor in Spanish from Hope College in Holland, Michigan where she also played four years of varsity soccer for the Flying Dutch. She went on to pursue her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado. Kylie is a board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and certified in dry needling. Kylie specializes in working with youth athletes to active adults.
Kylie enjoys playing and coaching soccer, tennis, camping, hiking, and snowboarding. She loves spending time with her husband, friends, and family both in Colorado and in Indiana.
Dr. Emily Reitz

Emily grew up in Longmont, Colorado, playing soccer for Silver Creek HS. She continued on to pursue a collegiate soccer career while earning her B.S. in Health and Human Performance: Sport and Exercise Therapy from Fort Hays State University. She has recently graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Creighton University. Emily is trained in dry needling and has her CrossFit Level 1. When Emily is not treating patients, you’ll find her coaching group fitness classes at NOCO Performance, running, hiking, cooking, or hanging out with friends and family!
Lindsey Schell – PT Aide

Lindsey grew up in Firestone, CO playing volleyball at Mead High School. She earned her bachelors of Science in Sports and Exercise Science with a minor in Special Education at the University of Northern Colorado. Lindsey also coaches volleyball for a local club volleyball team.
Avery Leblanc – Admin/PT Aide

Avery grew up right here in Longmont, CO, attending Silver Creek HS. She played soccer and graduated from the University of South Dakota. Avery is a soccer coach and sports performance coach with NOCO performance. Avery will be helping around the gym as well as helping administratively with billing and scheduling.
